The purpose of carrying out such activities is to promote the wide range of job training among operators in competitions, to comprehensively improve the professional quality and comprehensive operation skills of special operators, and to inspire employees to strive for the goal of "comparing, learning, catching up, helping and surpassing" The atmosphere of learning, and further provide a reference basis for the selection of excellent talents and the promotion of cadres.
There are more than 100 participants in all competitions. The participants are employees with outstanding performance in various positions. All participants use various welding methods to show off their talents and compete.
