2. construction layout: temporary construction road and transportation vehicle route, steel components stacking site and assembling site layout, lifting machinery layout, mobile hoisting machinery travel route, etc.
3. Construction requirements: clear quality and safety target requirements, schedule requirements (start date of the project, planned completion date), planned start date of steel structure project, completion date of installation.
4. Surrounding environmental conditions: the location of the project, the site and its surrounding environment (neighboring buildings, roads and underground pipelines, high-voltage pipelines, etc.), Roads and underground ground pipelines, high-voltage lines, and the positional relationship of the foundation pit).
5. Risk identification and grading: risk identification and safety risk grading of steel structure erection.

1. Technical parameters:

(3) Technical parameters such as operation platform, work equipment, assembling frame, temporary load-bearing support frame, structural measures and its foundation design, foundation bearing capacity, etc. required for steel structure erection.
(4) Technical parameters necessary for seasonal construction.
(5) Technical parameters such as the value of construction pre-arch required for steel erection.
2. Process flow: the overall construction process flow of the steel structure installation project and the process flow of each sub-project (the erection, installation and dismantling process flow of the operating platform, assembly cradle and temporary load-bearing support frame).
3. Construction methods and operation requirements: construction methods and key operation points of steel structure engineering before construction, on-site assembly, installation sequence and positioning, correction, welding, unloading and painting, as well as safety and technical measures taken (setting up and dismantling methods of operating platforms, assembly cradles, temporary load-bearing support frames and related facilities and equipment, etc.), common safety and quality issues and prevention and treatment measures.
4. Inspection requirements: Describe the quality inspection of steel components and other materials upon arrival; during the installation of steel structures, conduct safety and quality inspections of relevant procedures and processes against special construction plans.

1. Acceptance standards: According to the construction process, the relevant acceptance standards and acceptance conditions shall be clarified (special construction plan, steel structure construction drawings and process design drawings, steel structure construction quality acceptance standards, safety technical specifications, standards, regulations, and other acceptance standards).
2. Acceptance procedures and personnel: specific acceptance procedures, acceptance personnel composition (relevant persons in charge of construction, construction, supervision, monitoring, etc.).
3. Acceptance content:
(1) Selection of lifting machinery, use registration certificate and necessary foundation bearing capacity; distribution of lifting weight, location of lifting points and location of station vehicles when lifting with two or more machines.
(2) Specifications and integrity of lifting slings; size, location and welding quality of lifting lugs.
(3) Large assembly cradle, temporary support frame foundation and frame erection.
(4) Deformation control measures during component lifting.
(5) Structural reinforcement measures required by the process.
(6) Specifications and performance of corresponding supporting equipment such as lifting, jacking, translation (sliding), rotation, and supporting tooling.
(7) Unloading conditions.

(八) Emergency response measures
1. The composition and responsibilities of the emergency rescue leadership team, the composition and responsibilities of the emergency rescue team, including the reporting procedures for emergency response, rescue, security, logistics, medical rescue, aftermath, emergency rescue work process, contact information, etc.
2. Emergency events (major hidden dangers and accidents) and their emergency measures.

(九) Calculation book and related drawings
1. Calculation book: including load conditions, calculation basis, calculation parameters, load condition combination, calculation diagram (model), control indicators, calculation results, etc.
2. Calculation book content: lifting lugs, lifting slings, necessary foundation or structural bearing capacity verification, assembly cradle, temporary support frame, relevant lifting, jacking, sliding and rotation and other related process design calculations, double or multi-machine lifting and lifting weight distribution, structural strength at different construction stages (conditions), deformation simulation calculations and other necessary verification items.
3. The construction drawings of related measures mainly include: lifting lugs, assembly cradles, temporary support frames, related lifting, jacking, sliding, rotation and cable, cable membrane structure tensioning and other tools, related safety protection facilities, operating platforms and ladders, local structural reinforcement, etc.; monitoring point layout drawings; general construction layout drawings.
4. The construction drawings of related measures should comply with the requirements of drawing specifications, and schematic diagrams should not be used.
